About Us
Mikula Web Solutions, Inc. is a web design firm specializing in small to medium-sized businesses. Being a small business ourselves, we keep our overhead low so we can offer our clients competitive rates. After over 16 years and 400 completed projects, we have worked in a vast array of industries and an huge range of web design projects. We are a part of Doylestown and we love our community, but we also work with people around the country (our first client was in Australia!). We're nice people with lots of experience and our clients become friends.
We are the creators of BucksCountyAlive.com, one of the busiest websites in the area with about 2 million page views per month. This website contains comprehensive directories to area businesses, restaurants, and music venues, as well as a calendar containing thousands of events and much more.
Our Staff
Jack Mikula, Database Developer
Jack has been involved in website design since 1995. Previously, he was a systems analyst and software developer in various defense-related projects. During his career in website design, he has programmed several hundred database-driven web projects, including numerous custom e-commerce applications. He is active in various community activities, including the Doylestown Business & Community Alliance (past president), Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, and the Heritage Conservancy, and he was one of the original founders of First Friday Doylestown.
Pam Mikula Paolino, HTML Programmer/Graphic Designer
Pam joined her father Jack full-time in the website design business in 1998 after spending several years in the field as a Wildlife Biologist. She is the primary html programmer of the company and also spends time managing TheNatureStore.com, our online nature gift store. She is an active member of the Heritage Conservancy, the Women in Business committee of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, the Doylestown Business & Community Alliance (past president) and is one of the founding members of the Bucks County Women's Business Forum.
Mary Ann Baviello, Project Manager, Internet Marketing & Social Media
As a testament to "clients becoming friends", Mary Ann met Pam and Jack in 2002 when she chose Mikula Web Solutions to create a website for her small business. In a sense, she never left the fold! Mary Ann joined Mikula Web Solutions in 2005, and as a Project Manager is responsible for the expeditious completion of website projects, Internet marketing, social media, and Microsoft Tag/QR Code initiatives. She is an active member of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, and spends part of her time expanding the reach of BucksCountyAlive.com - an online community resource with over 1.75 million visitors per month!

Christina Tarkoff, Graphic Designer, Logo & Print Specialist
Christina has spent years implementing graphic design assignments for large companies and corporations such as Nutri/System, Mercer Consulting and Penn Mutual Life Insurance. Now, her passion lies with helping small- and medium-size businesses. She loves collaborating with clients and finding their own, individual, scream-it-out loud brand. She sees each and every day as an opportunity to "study" design. Observing color and composition in nature, fashion, art, and just plain old every day life are her inspirations for great graphic design.
